Brooke Losey

Brooke Losey is in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s program at Commonwealth University - Lock Haven and is certified in TeleMental Health. She holds a BA in Communications and minor in Psychology from SNHU. Her background is executive consulting on ethical marketing, data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and design psychology. Clients have included nonprofits, entrepreneurs, hip hop artists, technologists, authors, and Native American activists. She’s advocated for racial justice, those who are differently abled, sustainability, socioeconomic equity, sexual assault survivors, immigrants, and technology literacy. In addition to working as a counselor intern, Brooke edits books for a depth psychology publishing house, and evaluates AI safety and function. She’s presented at conferences on the mental health impacts of perimenopause for the NY Mental Health Counselors Association and the Association for Humanistic Counseling. Brooke’s counseling approach is inspired by Existential, Jungian, Mindfulness and Strengths-based theories to support adult clients in drawing on their innate inner wisdom, coping strategies, and personal meaning through life and its many transitions. She’s excited to offer remote counseling sessions via video as an accessible option for those with busy schedules, chronic health issues or who prefer therapy from the comfort of home.
