Tiffany Ingram
Tiffany Ingram is currently obtaining her Master’s degree from Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Tiffany began her academic journey with Walden in August 2020, during the height of covid. Tiffany previously graduated from Winston Salem State University with a B.A. in psychology in 2014. Tiffany’s concentrations in her Masters program are in Couples, family and marriage counseling and Addictions counseling. Tiffany has always wanted to work with and help teens and young adults navigate through some of the most challenging times and developmental changes in their lives since starting undergraduate. During covid, it was apparent that now more than ever, people need mental health spaces and outlets as safe spaces to regroup, feel heard and respected, and alleviate some of the physical, mental, and emotional turmoil that the initial lockdown and subsequent events that followed has caused in lots of people’s lives. Adolescents and young adults also need a sense of relief outside of house or family environments that may not foster those types of engagements. Tiffany wants to work with clients to help provide the work and resources needed to help them maintain an overall healthy life and existence.
